Scope
This notice describes the public District10 website and its contact tools as of 17 October 2026. For questions about information you provide when contacting District10, email jacob@atsell.io. Separate project terms may apply to information shared during client work.
Enquiries
The homepage enquiry form prepares a WhatsApp message from the website address and project details you enter. It opens WhatsApp so you can review and send the message. The form does not submit those fields to a District10 form database. Messages you choose to send through WhatsApp or email are received through those services and used to respond to your enquiry.
Free tools
The AI search prompt builder and AEO readiness checklist calculate their results in your browser. Their current implementation does not send your answers to an AI provider or a District10 application server. Copying and downloading results uses your browser’s clipboard and download functions. Keep downloaded files secure if you include business-sensitive information.
Website delivery
The website and its video are hosted on Vercel. Requests to load pages and media expose technical information, such as the requesting IP address and browser headers, to the hosting infrastructure. The current site code does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Hosting providers and services reached through external links have their own privacy practices.
External services and requests
Choosing a WhatsApp, email or external case-study link takes you to another service. Review that service’s privacy information before sharing data. If you want to ask about, correct or request removal of information you have sent to District10, email jacob@atsell.io and describe the request. Do not include sensitive identity documents unless a verification step has been agreed.
