Use consistent conditions
Choose a small question set. Record the date, platform, model or mode, search setting and market. Use a fresh conversation for each prompt and keep the wording unchanged between comparable runs.
Save the answer and its sources
Record which businesses appear and the URLs cited. A mention, a recommendation and a link to your website are different observations. The CSV includes separate fields for them.
Look for a pattern
